PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BREAD
Filling:
1 8oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1 egg
½ cup Sugar
1 Tbsp flour
Bread:
1 2/3 cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ginger
2 eggs
1 small can pumpkin
½ cup oil
Preheat oven to 325*, lightly grease 2 loaf pans. Combine filling ingredients until smooth, set aside.
Sift flour and rest of dry ingredients except sugar. Put oil, eggs, pumpkin and sugar in bowl. Beat well,
Stir pumpkin mix into flour mix until combined. Pour ½ batter into loaf pans. Spoon cream cheese mix on top, and top with remaining batter. Bake 60-70 minutes. Remove to rack, and cool.
